Getana, from the Treasures of the Gypsy Challenge 2008 is attending Lyndon State College in Vermont next week. She will be on exhibit with quilts and textiles which will be shared by the members of the group attending Quilt Camp 2009.

At camp we will each work on our own wall hanging called Hidden Wells. We will also make a quilt for a local organization in Lyndonville. It will be used as a fund raiser for H.O.P.E. ( Helping Other People Everyday). H.O.P.E. is a non-profit, all volunteer organization that provides gently used clothing and household goods to families in need, birthday baskets for home bound and elderly, book bags filled with supplies for kids whose parents can't afford them.
